For the last 3 years we have been working in partnership with Weston Collage in our Award winning "Beauty Oasis Training Academy", where we are shaping the future of the beauty industry by making sure the therapists of the future are trained to very highest standards, that their customer care is second to none and they have all the skills, training and confidence needed to get on in their chosen career.
Each year, after being approached by Weston College, we have taken on more and more young people to guide them through their NVQ Beauty therapy level 2 and 3.
Every student is given one to one training and guidance with fully qualified assessors and trainers and help from very experienced members of our team, making sure they get the very best training available.
If you would like to apply for one of the few places each year
Students are usually required to have GCSE level A-C in Maths and English, be enthusiastic and interested in beauty therapy, have a happy disposition an d be eager to work hard and learn. Places are limited and as word is getting around about this fantastic opportunity we are getting lots of applicants.

We are very proud to be awarded Commitment to collaborative working at the Excellence in Business training Awards 2011. Awarded to us out of 150 other businesses working in association with Weston College business enterprise centre.
We are also honored to be awarded Best Practice in Demonstrating Equality and Diversity at the Excellence in Business Awards 2010 in association with Weston College, for our work with students in our training academy.
